Our latest cooking adventure was fish and chips steamed on the BBQ.
First we had to put the fish inside some foil with carrots, parsley and lemon on top. Next we wrapped it up so that the steam inside the foli bag would cook the fish. Did you know that steam is very hot and can burn you if you don’t open the foil carefully. Then it was time to prepare the chips by cutting up the potatoes into thin slices so they could cook quickly. We cooked everything on the BBQ. It was quick, easy and delicious!
